Shipping Policy
Items will be processed and shipped out within the next 1-3 business days. Please exclude holidays and weekends. You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via USPS Via Priority Mail (1-3 business days), Priority Mail Express(1-2 Business days) or USPS Ground Mail and will take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.
Cancellation
Due to fast processing times orders can not be cancelled nor adjusted after they are placed.
Chic Labels Boutique Priority Mail Shipping
- Priority Mail shipping is preferred and faster at a low cost.
- Priority Mail takes 1-3 days depending on your shipping location.
- Tracking number is included and emailed to the customer once order is labled and has been shipped.
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
- Please take weekends & holidays into consideration.
TRACKING YOUR CHIC LABELS BOUTIQUE ORDER:
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at info@chiclabelsboutique.com
****Please track your packages. Chic Labels Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once packages leave our office it is responsibility of USPS. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****
